- a highly motivated South African citizen or permanent resident
- over the age of 21
- Who has promising businesses or ideas
The programme has a high preference for existing business
Prepare a complete application pack with the following
a.) Complete application form and signed copy of the participant agreement
b.) Complete the business summary questions in the application form and submit 4 copies. Please ensure that your business summary clearly shows:
· The owner’s willingness to make personal and financial investment in the business
· The business should be geared or ready to do a minimum annual turnover of R240 000 in the next year
· A readiness to attract at least R160 000 in additional funding
· Growth potential to create at least 10 new jobs in rural/peri-urban areas in the next 24 months
· Operation in job creating sectors – Construction, Tourism, Light Manufacturing and Agriculture (including agro-processing)
