MALKERNS – Aspiring entrepreneurs in the agribusiness and tourism sector stand a better chance of winning the Believe Begin Become Business Plan Competition hosted by Technoserve next year.

Technoserve Country Director Leslie Johnson said the competition was a dynamic project that adapts to its environment. She said next year, they were anticipating taking a more targeted approach that was better suited to those industries which seemed to offer the most growth potential.

She was speaking during the announcing of this year’s winner of the Believe Begin Become Business Plan Competition hosted by Technoserve. “We shall place more emphasis on agribusiness and on tourism and like this year’s programme, we shall hope to identify and develop the country’s next generation of leading entrepreneurs,” said Johnson

The function was held at House on Fire on Friday and this year’s winner was Mduduzi Dludlu who is involved in agribusiness.
