Believe Begin Become is an incentive-driven entrepreneurship development programme that identifies promising entrepreneurs and assists them in building sustainable businesses. The programme is designed and managed by TechnoServe, sponsored by Google.org, and supported by local businesses and professionals.

In 2010, Believe Begin Become will focus on developing a network of high potential existing SMEs through training, technical assistance and network building. A total of over US$100,000 in cash and in-kind services will be awarded across the top entrepreneurs. Winning entrepreneurs will also benefit from an aftercare programme which will offer additional technical assistance and services after the competition.
