During Phase III finalists continue to work with their one-on-one consultants to further revise and refine their business plans. They incorporate the evaluators'' feedback received at the end of Phase II. They address weakenesses identified in the draft business plan and submit a final business plan. They also work with their consultants to develop an oral presentation of their business plans that they deliver to a panel of judges.
