Believe Begin Become was launched on February 8, 2007 with the opening of the application period. Applicants submitted a three-page executive summary of their business concepts.The application period closed on March 23, 2007. TechnoServe screened all applications for eligibility and completeness. Applicants who met the growth-oriented eligibility criteria and submitted complete applications were invited to a two-day entrepreneurship seminar. Eligible applications were given to independent judges to evaluate and select the best sixty.
