The following is a checklist of activities applicants may use to help them finish the application process for Believe Begin Become. 

1. Pick up the application pack from any TechnoServe office in Ghana (Accra, Atebubu, Bolgatanga, Tamale, Wa) or from any other designated pick-up point or visit the website and download the application.

2. Carefully read the Applicant Guide (either in the application pack or on the website).

3. Complete the Application Form, including the 3-page typed Business Concept Statement of the business idea you propose. Be sure to follow the outline given for the Business Concept Statement. Also be sure it is written in English, is typed, is double spaced with 1 inch margins, and is in 12 point type size.

4. Read and sign the Participation Agreement and Certification.

5. Submit the completed Application Form, including the Business Concept Statement, and the signed Participant Agreement and Certification to the nearest TechnoServe office between February  8 and March 23rd by 5:00pm

OR

Upload the completed Application Form including the Business Concept Statement on the website between February 8th and March 23 by 5:00pm

OR

Mail or courier or fax your Application Form with Business Concept Statement and signed Participant Agreement and Certification to TechnoServe, H/No. Z75 Volta Street, Airport Residential Area, P.O. Box 135, Accra (note that it must arrive in the TechnoServe office by 23rd March by 5:00pm).
 
6. Pay the ¢100,000 application fee to the TechnoServe representative where you submit your application. Provide your first, middle and surname, as well as your date of birth, and co-sign the TechnoServe receipt along with the TechnoServe representative. Collect your copy of the receipt. The other copy will be sent in with your application.

OR

If you submit your application online, or by mail, courier or fax pay the ¢100,000 application fee to the nearest branch of Ghana Commercial Bank as follows:

a. Pay into account number 1261130003645 (Account Name: TechnoServe Inc.)
b. Write your first, middle, and surname and your date of birth on the deposit slip
c. Collect a copy of the deposit slip
d. Fax your deposit slip and the signed Participant Agreement and Certification to the TechnoServe Accra office (fax no. +233 21 772789) or send them in with your application if you submit by mail or courier.
